Hi Jaryd – I just want to say that I LOVE the vanity!! The granite went on this morning and it is perfect! The craftmanship is superb – and I’ve adjusted to the colour too which I actually think is going to look better than the greyer look I initially imagined. THANKYOU for the amazing job you did, we are both so happy.

The quoting process with Jaryd was seamless and communication was clear.  From initial meeting to install was very prompt and effortless, which was a pleasure. Ben and Slater were punctual and professional completing the install of wine storage cabinet at our home. It was an awkward small space to work in, they both were actively careful and were mindful to let us know during the install about noise and timing until completion. The wine storage cabinet is exactly as we had discussed and looks perfect as a surprise “bar” inside an unused storage cupboard. I have been using Jarryd’s services for over 6 years now and on many jobs. His work is undeniably the most accurate, professionally built and installed that I have seen. Every job has been faultless and he has not once needed to come back unlike work I had done prior to meeting the team at MLK&C. I have just recently vacated a commercial property I had fitted out by Jaryd some years earlier and a family commented on the quality of the workmanship of the cabinetry throughout the building and they have been building houses and shops for decades. Quality shows years later.

My mother is a fussy but not unreasonable customer. She expects a business to deliver what they say. She expects professionalism; courtesy, punctuality; communication. Well, Modern Living Kitchens and Cabinetry deliver in spades! My mother has used them twice now for some fairly intricate cabinet work (well, we think its intricate… its probably a piece of cake for these guys). She was seriously impressed the first time she used them, but now she is a devotee of their work after the second time she used them. Anyone thinking of shelling out some dosh on kitchens or cabinet making, them look no further then these guys. You will NOT be disappointed. 10 out of 5 stars!!

Hi Jaryd, just a quick note to say thank you to both you and your team. I love my beautiful kitchen. Your professionalism, expertise and time management exceeded all expectations.

I am particularly impressed by the amazing team that you have. Both guys are very efficient and take pride in their work. As mentioned before, I am particularly impressed by Ben. I had the pleasure of observing him whilst he worked. His keen observation to details in his work was astounding. Simple gestures such as making sure that my countertops were covered so as to not scratch it whilst they had their tools on it. Cleaning up as he proceeded with each task. Taking a step to check the accuracy of his work. His willingness to help with a couple of things for me that was outside his job description. Slater was also very helpful and thoughtful towards his work. Both gentlemen were hardworking, polite and just amazing throughout the entire process.
